Return Policy on Damaged Items
Returns on damaged items are accepted for up to 7 days after you've received the item. If you receive an item that is damaged, please send pictures or video of the damaged item to hello@johnmarkpantana.com. Once your item has been reviewed and verified, you'll be sent a return label via email. Please attach the return label onto the original shipping packaging and ship the item back to us. You will be issued a replacement as soon as we receive your return.
Return Policy
If you order an item and then change your mind, returns are accepted within 7 days after you've received the item. Please note that vinyls must still be in their original plastic wrap or a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for shipping costs to return the item and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Return the item in its original packaging at the address below.
